Masdar Rizq

The current reality of the labor market, due to the lack of accessible and inclusive work environments, limits employment opportunities for persons with physical disabilities, particularly wheelchair users.
As a result, many remain trapped in cycles of economic vulnerability and dependency.

Through the project “Masdar Rizq”, Ataa Fund aims to economically empower persons with physical disabilities who use wheelchairs by supporting them in establishing income-generating small businesses.
The project enables beneficiaries to secure sustainable income, achieve financial independence, improve quality of life, and strengthen their effective integration into society.
